how the service works

My goal is to make each meal the very best. In order to accomplish this I must know about your preferences and your dietary requirements.

  1. I will conduct an interview and complete a detailed assessment of your preferences, likes, dislikes any allergies or health goals. The results of the interview and assessment are used to create your menus and determine the frequency with which you would like this service.
  2. The suggested menu is presented to you for your approval prior to your scheduled cook date. Once you have approved your menu, we will schedule a day to cook in your home.
  3. On your scheduled cooking day, I will shop for the groceries needed for the meals on your menu. I will arrive with all of the supplies and equipment needed to prepare your meals.
  4. I will cook the food in your home, then package and refrigerate each item, and leave heating instructions.

Your kitchen will be left as clean as when I came and smelling wonderful. You simply heat the meals and enjoy the free time, the clean kitchen, and the fabulous food.
